Q. What is your shipping policy post Brexit for the EU and Northern Ireland? 

A.  From 13th December 2024 we are unable to ship to Europe and Northern Ireland.  This is due to post Brexit Health and Safety regulations, the breaching of which incurs heavy fines.  We are hoping this will change. 

Q. The item I am purchasing is a gift, can you giftwrap it? 

A. Not a problem! Our silk map scarves come in a gift box, if you are purchasing one of our other products just  Contact me and I will wrap your item. 

Q. How long do your items take to ship? 

A. If the items are in stock then about 7 days for the UK and 14 days for the rest of the world.  If a fabric isn't in stock and is on order you will be notified when we receive your order. We have been experiencing an increase in delays with current events. 

Q. Where are you stocked? 

A. My products are stocked all over the UK (and even farther flung!) for a full list of stockists feel free to Contact me. 

 

Q. Where are your products made? 

A. Our City on Cloth scarves are designed by me, and printed in Macclesfield. Everything else is made by me in my studio in Edinburgh.
